What you will do
- Administer and manage HubSpot, including campaigns, workflows, lists, properties, and integrations.
- Build and maintain HubSpot Campaigns for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Create and optimize marketing automation workflows that support campaign execution and lead lifecycle management.
- Support the technical setup and execution of marketing campaigns, including emails, forms, and landing pages.
- Manage and monitor data flows between HubSpot, CRM, Chili Piper, and other connected systems.
- Provide lightweight systems support, including troubleshooting issues and resolving sync or data errors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or marketing automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including campaigns, workflows, lists, and reporting.
- Proven experience supporting marketing automation and campaign execution.
- Chili Piper experience is required, including setup and integration with HubSpot and CRM.
- Technical Salesforce experience.
- Solid understanding of data flows between marketing platforms, CRM systems, and third-party tools.
- Clear communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth companies.
- Familiarity with attribution, funnel reporting, or RevOps collaboration.
- Experience documenting systems, workflows, and processes.
