TL;DR

Senior Marketing Technology Manager (MarTech): Building and administering hirify.global's Marketing technology stack to scale Revenue growth with an accent on supporting revenue-wide strategic initiatives, identifying architectural opportunities, and providing strategic insights. Focus on product managing architectural improvements for marketing infrastructure, leading cross-functional initiatives, and auditing lead flow processes.

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: USD $103,200.00 - USD $273,700.00 /Yr.

What you will do

  • Product manage architectural improvements for marketing infrastructure, including lead flow, reporting, and campaign execution.
  • Lead cross-functional Marketing Operations projects, ensuring best-in-class practices.
  • Work across the Marketing Operations team on all aspects of program and campaign operations.
  • Manage and influence senior stakeholder expectations by providing robust communications plans.
  • Develop Monthly Business Review metrics by running analyses on marketing channel and program effectiveness.
  • Audit and monitor hirify.global’s entire lead flow process to maximize conversion rates and drive pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years experience with technology process improvement.
  • 5+ years experience in marketing operations at a Global B2B software company.
  • 5+ years experience with marketing B2B reporting (e.g., Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • 5+ years experience with CRM technologies (e.g., Salesforce).
  • 5+ years of experience with Eloqua or Marketo.

Nice to have

  • 4+ Years of Marketing Technology integration experience via APIs, Native Integration, Webhooks.
  • 3+ Years of Content Management System (CMS) experience with platforms such as WordPress, Contentful, Squarespace.
  • 2+ Years of HTML/CSS/JS Experience.
  • 2+ Years of experience with SQL or Python.
  • Good understanding of B2B email/nurture marketing best practices, deliverability/governance, data quality management and marketing attribution models.
