What you will do
- Lead and manage the Americas Renewal Sales team, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and performance management.
- Drive Gross Renewal Rate (GRR) performance for the AMER region, executing strategies to minimize churn and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Lead efforts to transition customers from on-premise solutions to hirify.global’s cloud-based SaaS offerings and AI-driven innovations.
- Develop strategies to secure renewals and identify opportunities for additional value and growth within accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Proactively identify at-risk customers and collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams to ensure renewal.
- Utilize analytics to monitor renewal trends, forecast outcomes, and inform data-driven strategies tailored to the AMER market.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or renewals, with at least 3 years in a leadership role owning a quota.
- Proven track record of driving GRR and exceeding renewal targets, particularly in a subscription-based model within the AMER region.
- Experience leading customer transitions to cloud/SaaS environments and familiarity with AI-driven solutions.
- Strong team leadership skills, with a focus on coaching and developing a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems and a background in business intelligence or data analytics software.
