TL;DR

Manager, Trial Experience (Sales): Leading and developing a customer-facing sales team focused on trial engagement for an AI-powered SaaS platform with an accent on driving KPIs, fostering a high-performance culture, and continuous team development. Focus on interpreting data to improve team efficiency, resolving high-severity customer issues, and ensuring successful customer onboarding with the HighLevel platform.

Location: Remote. The company operates in a global, remote-first environment. An office is also located in Delhi.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and empower your team to accomplish goals and foster a positive team culture.
  • Ensure team success by coaching, developing, inspiring, and holding them accountable against established KPIs.
  • Support and identify process improvements and alternative solutions to drive team efficiency, productivity, and engagement.
  • Conduct consistent and impactful performance conversations, conflict management, and coaching with team members.
  • Provide your teams with technical resources and advice, resolve problems, and disseminate advisories.
  • Serve as an influential leader, taking ownership of your team’s success and fostering growth, innovation, and proactive problem solving.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent SaaS experience is preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience leading fast-paced, results-driven, customer-facing teams for a SaaS or Product-Led Growth startup company is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience with staffing/hiring, performance management, career conversations, coaching, and developing front-line employees and junior managers is required.
  • Strong technical aptitude to help users succeed with the software.
  • Strong experience using data/analytics tools to solve problems and measure impact.
  • Experience working with and/or ability to learn the use of various CRM Systems.
