What you will do

• Pioneer the growth and lead a new team dedicated to the Agentic AI business.
• Help customers understand the capabilities of Agentic AI and solve specific use cases.
• Drive professional growth and development of team members, overseeing complex sales cycles.
• Set vision, culture, and performance expectations for the team.
• Standardize best practices, processes, technical assessments, demos, and workshops.
• Act as a customer champion, channeling feedback into hirify.global’s product roadmap and messaging.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience hiring, mentoring, coaching, and leading teams in pre-sales engineering, solution consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineering, or equivalent function.
• Strong preference for experience working with an AI tool or other high-growth technology companies.
• Proven track record of building high-performing teams that meet and exceed objectives.
• Outstanding leadership and exceptional communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Strong strategic thinking and project management abilities.
