hirify.global is a research and product company defining the frontier of audio AI, building the most important audio AI platform in the world with proprietary Text to Speech, Speech to Text, and conversational AI models.

What you will do

  • Recruit, enable, and grow a network of solution partners across North America.
  • Build joint Go-to-Market (GTM) plans with key partners to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
  • Integrate and deliver innovative voice-AI experiences on the hirify.global platform.
  • Partner closely with engineering, product, and solutions teams.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear customer and partner value propositions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in building and managing successful regional solutions partnerships in North America.
  • Strong understanding of API-driven products.
  • Commercial mindset with experience driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
  • Excellent relationship-building and strong communication skills.
  • Passion for emerging AI technologies and their real-world applications.
  • Must be located remotely in the United States.
