Location: This role supports operations from both the United Kingdom and New York, USA. Specific salary ranges are provided for New York, New York City, and Rochester, NY.

Salary: $115,400–$192,200 (New York); $120,600–$200,900 (New York City); $99,700–$166,000 (Rochester, NY)

What you will do

  • Drive segment growth aligned with A&G’s growth ambition.
  • Define and execute global segment marketing and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Translate positioning and insights into high-impact programs, campaigns, and sales enablement.
  • Own persona-based messaging, value propositions, and sales enablement frameworks.
  • Prioritize segment opportunities and align resources to highest-growth initiatives.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing segment marketing team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
  • Proven success driving marketing-sourced pipeline and bookings.
  • Experience enabling sales teams with clear messaging, assets, and GTM guidance.
  • Deep expertise in segmentation, persona-based marketing, and complex buyer journeys.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.
