What you will do
- Define and own the Wealth Management narrative, positioning, and messaging architecture across the portfolio (Custom Portfolios, Signature Portfolios, Alternative Investments, personal advisor business).
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for product launches and iterations, including channel strategy and creative direction.
- Build and optimize the cross-sell and upgrade engine in partnership with Product Engagement Marketing, Product, and Data teams.
- Drive trust through clear performance storytelling, education, and transparency.
- Act as the market and client intelligence hub, translating research and competitive insights into roadmap direction.
- Lead cross-functional operating rhythms with Product, Investment Research, Growth, Brand, Comms, and Data.
- Build and mentor a world-class Product Marketing team, setting standards for craft and execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years in product marketing/GTM roles in technology-led organizations.
- Meaningful experience with investing, wealth, and finance products is a must.
- 8+ years owning PMM strategy end-to-end across multi-product portfolios.
- Proven success driving measurable growth outcomes through experimentation.
- 2+ years leading PMMs or cross-functional GTM workstreams; people management preferred, strong matrix leadership required.
- Comfortable operating in regulated environments, simplifying complex concepts while remaining compliant.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and relationship-building capabilities.
