TL;DR

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 OTE (salary and variables)

What you will do

  • Develop and own comprehensive regional marketing strategies that align with hirify.global’s global goals and local market needs.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical teams to build integrated plans supporting pipeline, product adoption, and retention.
  • Build, monitor, and optimize the regional demand generation funnel (inbound + outbound) using data to drive decisions.
  • Own the execution of regional programs, including events, webinars, customer meetups, and partner/channel activations.
  • Continuously gather and analyze regional marketing performance data to adapt strategy and influence the product/marketing roadmap.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget for maximum impact and build trusted relationships with SAP regional marketing counterparts for co-marketing alignment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2+ years owning regional, field marketing or regional go-to-market responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategic regional marketing plans that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong data orientation, comfortable building and analyzing funnel metrics using CRM/marketing automation/analytics tools.
  • Proven experience planning and executing high-impact regional events (conferences, roadshows, user groups, webinars) end-to-end.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategy and represent the company externally.
  • Flexibility and an entrepreneurial mindset, able to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% based on business needs.
