What you will do

• Oversee student enrollment, cancellations, rescheduling, and related communication for hirify.global University.
• Create and maintain a global, yearly schedule for instructor-led classes.
• Analyze class performance (fill rates, cancellations, frequencies) and recommend schedule optimizations.
• Own customer communication strategy to ensure timely consumption of training investments.
• Lead regular scheduling meetings with leadership and forecast future class schedules based on demand.
• Help maintain written policies and procedures for assigned functions and lead process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Four-year degree (or equivalent) with an emphasis in Business Management or related fields required.
• 4–6 years of experience demonstrating working knowledge of customer service and operations required.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and internal team members at all levels.
• Desire to innovate and improve existing processes for organizational scaling.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience working for a fast-paced technology and/or security company.
• Experience with Salesforce, Docebo, Tableau, Qualtrics, Google Workspace, or AI tools.
