What you will do

• Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design training outlines.
• Develop and manage a curriculum roadmap aligned with company goals and industry standards.
• Design and create certification programs aligning with the company's certification strategy.
• Create engaging training materials, including documentation, e-learning modules, and instructor-led courses.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
• Manage and monitor the training portfolio to ensure it is up-to-date and continuously enhanced.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Curriculum Manager or similar role in a software company.
• Strong understanding of software development concepts and technologies.
• Proficiency in instructional design principles and e-learning methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience working with learning management systems (LMS).
