What you will do

  • Work closely with internal teams and external clients to understand staffing needs for independent contractors.
  • Utilize various recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, etc.) to find qualified 1099 talent.
  • Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the role.
  • Guide 1099 contractors through the hiring process, from offer to contract execution.
  • Maintain regular communication with 1099 talent and address any issues.
  • Ensure that 1099 contractors understand and comply with all tax, legal, and compliance requirements associated with independent contractor work.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of High-Volume Recruiting experience.
  • Previous Contractor (1099) Recruiting experience.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in English.
  • Exceptional customer service, telephone manner, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Power Point, Excel) and Workday Recruiting.
  • Strong experience with candidate sourcing using internet tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media and search engines.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Previous recruiting through third-party agencies experience.
  • Experience in a call center environment.
