TL;DR

Senior Recruiter: Responsible for full-lifecycle recruitment of corporate and sales professionals, developing and maintaining structured interviewing processes with an accent on strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, and consulting with hiring managers. Focus on identifying high-caliber candidates for imminent and future hiring needs and providing general HR support.

Location: Onsite in Arlington, USA. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, with occasional overnight travel.

What you will do

  • Assess requirements for open positions and determine appropriate recruiting strategies and sources in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Identify candidates through online sourcing, external job postings, educational institutions, and professional associations.
  • Pre-screen resumes and applications, conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates.
  • Schedule candidate interviews, conduct background and reference checks, and onboard new hires into Workday.
  • Act as a recruiting consultant to hiring managers, guiding and advising them throughout the recruiting process.
  • Develop innovative digital recruitment strategies and target company lists to build pipelines of high-caliber candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 4 years’ experience in full lifecycle recruiting and/or employment agencies recruiting sales professionals.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of human resources principles, policies, practices, issues, laws, and regulations, especially those pertaining to employment activities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of principles and techniques of structured interviewing, including behavior-based interviewing.
  • Strong internet sourcing skills, including Boolean searches, and the ability to recruit using traditional and non-traditional methods.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, with occasional overnight travel.
