What you will do
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for G&A roles across Finance, People, and Legal functions.
- Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans, including competitive mapping, sourcing, and talent pipeline building.
- Build trusted partnerships with G&A leadership to understand business priorities and ideal candidate profiles.
- Create exceptional candidate experiences that highlight hirify.global's mission and growth opportunity.
- Design and implement scalable recruiting processes to assess functional expertise, business acumen, and cultural alignment.
- Track recruiting metrics and use data to optimize processes and maintain a high-quality hiring bar.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with meaningful exposure to G&A functions (Finance, People/HR, Legal, Operations).
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and helping teams build structure.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with examples of frameworks built to drive hiring.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data integrity.
- Comfortable analyzing recruiting data and connecting key metrics to recruiting health.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
