What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers to design and execute recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned business groups.
- Proactively source and engage active and passive candidates using various channels and tools.
- Identify opportunities to build diverse candidate pipelines and strengthen NEP’s employer brand.
- Conduct effective candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources, ideally supporting distributed or multi-location teams.
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and hiring regulations.
- Experience using social and digital recruiting tools and creative sourcing techniques.
- Demonstrated success building and maintaining candidate pipelines and talent communities.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
