Location: Hybrid role, requiring 1-2 days per week on-site in Harmar Township along with minimal travel in the US.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to design and execute recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned business groups.
• Proactively source and engage active and passive candidates using various channels and tools.
• Identify opportunities to build diverse candidate pipelines and strengthen NEP’s employer brand.
• Conduct effective candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources, ideally supporting distributed or multi-location teams.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and hiring regulations.
• Experience using social and digital recruiting tools and creative sourcing techniques.
• Demonstrated success building and maintaining candidate pipelines and talent communities.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
