What you will do

  • Influence and execute a UK channel sales strategy focused on partner-led revenue growth.
  • Build, manage, and grow high-value partner relationships that produce qualified pipeline and closed revenue.
  • Enable partners to sell hirify.global confidently through training, joint selling, messaging support, and field engagement.
  • Drive accurate forecasting and pipeline management across CRM and PRM.
  • Represent the voice of channel partners internally and influence our channel program and strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of channel sales or partnership management experience in SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Proven record of exceeding revenue targets and delivering measurable business impact.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with partners and internal teams.
  • Experience defining channel KPIs and using them to steer predictable partner performance.
  • Familiarity with CRM and PRM tools and a disciplined approach to forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
