What you will do
- Influence and execute a UK channel sales strategy focused on partner-led revenue growth.
- Build, manage, and grow high-value partner relationships that produce qualified pipeline and closed revenue.
- Enable partners to sell hirify.global confidently through training, joint selling, messaging support, and field engagement.
- Drive accurate forecasting and pipeline management across CRM and PRM.
- Represent the voice of channel partners internally and influence our channel program and strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of channel sales or partnership management experience in SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Proven record of exceeding revenue targets and delivering measurable business impact.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with partners and internal teams.
- Experience defining channel KPIs and using them to steer predictable partner performance.
- Familiarity with CRM and PRM tools and a disciplined approach to forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
