What you will do
- Manage day-to-day client servicing for a portfolio of key publisher accounts, including onboarding and monetization.
- Collaborate with Account Directors to understand publisher businesses and develop strategies for new opportunities.
- Provide proactive communication to publishers on delivery, measurement, reporting, and integration strategies.
- Present at client meetings, conducting business reviews and product overviews.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help define and drive enhancements to the hirify.global platform.
- Act as an advisor to clients, sharing industry trends, advancements, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proficient computer skills, including solid knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Analytical mind with very good attention to detail and ability to translate trends in data sets into actionable insights.
- Ability to identify problems, come up with solutions, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional ability to learn, adapt, discover, and test new ideas.
- Ability to work well independently and maintain excellent cross-functional partnerships.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to work from the London office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
