What you will do

• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to define AI/ML projects and proposals.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI projects, ensuring execution within scope, time, and budget.
• Manage project plans and artifacts, ensuring compliance with contractual and financial targets.
• Identify expansion opportunities for Snorkel's AI solutions through new use cases and datasets.
• Serve as the primary interface between client C-suite, Snorkel's technical teams, and leadership.
• Develop and refine best practices and frameworks for scalable and repeatable engagements.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical, client-facing role (e.g., management consulting, professional services).
• Strong background in project delivery and problem-solving, ideally within AI/ML initiatives.
• Proven ability to understand client objectives, design solutions, and identify growth opportunities.
• Track record of overseeing a portfolio of engagements across multiple customer projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, translating complex technical concepts.
• Candidates must have an active TS security clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% based on client needs.
• Experience with federal RFCs/RFIs/RFPs and working across Civilian, DOD, and NATSEC agencies.
