TL;DR

Engagement Manager (Account Management): Owning the critical customer lifecycle phase from onboarding to long-term partnership and expansion, with an accent on defining growth strategies across SEO, content, and AI visibility. Location: Remote within North America. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in their country of residence as visa sponsorship is not provided. An overlap with 8am to 12pm PT is required.

What you will do

  • Own customer onboarding, early delivery, and conversion to long-term contracts.
  • Lead customer strategy for SEO, content, and AI visibility with a clear focus on outcomes.
  • Run weekly or bi-weekly customer meetings and manage all day-to-day communication.
  • Translate performance metrics (traffic, rankings, AI visibility, conversions) into clear business impact.
  • Partner with editors and specialists to ensure high-quality, on-time execution.
  • Identify renewal and expansion opportunities and advance those conversations.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in customer success, engagement management, account strategy, consulting, or agency delivery.
  • Strong background in SEO, content strategy, and performance-driven marketing.
  • Proven experience owning customer relationships and driving renewals or expansions.
  • Experience working with growth-stage or enterprise marketing teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities without sacrificing quality.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a distributed team.
