TL;DR

Technical Services Manager (AI/CLM): Leading and developing a technical services team focused on delivering pre- and post-sales support for an AI contracting platform, ensuring high-quality product demos and RFP responses. Location: Hybrid, based in San Francisco, USA.

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 per year (OTE)

What you will do

  • Mentor and manage the Technical Services team, overseeing recruitment, development, and performance.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of product demos, maintaining repeatable environments and compelling narratives for GTM roles.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient process for responding to RFx and security questionnaires, improving efficiency and win rates.
  • Maintain deep expertise in hirify.global's products and the CLM landscape, aligning team efforts with strong customer outcomes.
  • Monitor operational metrics for team performance and utilization, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, CS, EPD, Finance, Ops, and Marketing to support GTM goals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of career experience in sales, pre-sales, or technical consulting for B2B SaaS companies.
  • 2-4 years of experience in managing proposal response processes for RFPs, RFQs, etc.
  • 2-4 years of experience managing/leading a pre-sales or technical architecture team.
  • Understanding of cloud architecture and modern platform concepts including SaaS, PaaS, cross-cloud data and process integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain relationships and alignment with other internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable traveling for work as needed (up to 25%).
