What you will do
- Identify and research potential customers using various tools and data sources.
- Proactively reach out to prospects via email, phone, social media, and other channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to improve messaging and targeting.
- Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and qualification targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Results-driven mindset with resilience and persistence.
- Basic experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude and ability to learn new tools quickly.
Nice to have
- Native German or other multilingual skills.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology sales.
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesloft, 6Sense, Lusha).
- Experience working with inbound and outbound lead generation.
- Knowledge of pipeline management and sales qualification frameworks.
