Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (2 days home office per week, with additional remote flexibility in summer/December).

What you will do

• Proactively contact and schedule meetings with restaurant owners and managers, including drop-ins.
• Present hirify.global’s products and services, such as table management software and marketing solutions.
• Discuss with clients to understand their needs and highlight opportunities provided by hirify.global.
• Follow up with potential clients until deals are closed and restaurants are successfully published online.
• Achieve a goal of 4-5 drop-ins/meetings per day.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and good command of English.
• Proven sales experience and business development background, preferably in B2B or hospitality environments.
• Comfortable closing deals in a single call and skilled in short-term negotiations.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about achieving and exceeding targets.
• Strong interest in digital, tech products, and the restaurant sector.
• Proficient in using a PC and Microsoft Office.
