What you will do

  • Serve as an HR point of contact for US business leaders and employees, guiding on performance management, employee relations, and organizational design.
  • Independently manage and conduct thorough investigations into complex employee relations issues, recommending appropriate corrective action.
  • Partner with managers on difficult performance issues and support change management initiatives.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of domestic and US implementation of global HR projects, including new HRIS modules and performance review systems.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Cross-train and serve as a backup for other HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee benefits, HRIS, and payroll.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of progressive HR business partnering experience with an emphasis on employee relations or organizational development.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant Federal and State regulations, such as ADA, FMLA, FLSA.
  • Proven experience successfully leading and delivering complex, cross-functional HR projects.
  • Proficiency in Application Tracking Systems (Greenhouse), HRIS systems (ADP, Successfactors) and other HR applications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to use tools like Google Suite and Gemini efficiently.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience as an HR specialist in Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, or Recruiting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Human Resources.
