What you will do

• Drive and contribute to systems studies in 5G, especially in Radio Resource Management (e.g., Scheduling, Link Adaptation, Beam Forming, Carrier Aggregation, Fast Cell Coordination) and the Radio Physical Layer.
• Work collaboratively on new features, simulations, and improvements with cross-functional development teams.
• Contribute to advances in 5G Standards and support deployment of new 5G products into customer networks.
• Contribute to Innovation and IPR, including filing Invention disclosures and Patents.
• Understand customer configurations and issues to provide effective support.

Requirements

• Strong background in communications theory and digital signal processing.
• Good knowledge of 5G specifications, especially L1, L2, Digital Signal Processing, and Radio Resource Management.
• Analytical mindset, high capacity, result-oriented, and ability to deliver under pressure.
• Excellent English skills, both verbal and written, due to an English-speaking work environment.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in a similar position within the telecommunication area.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages like C, C++, and/or Java.
• Experience in systems analysis.
