What you will do
- Identify and engage potential clients, strategically qualifying leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with clients, uncovering growth opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute sales presentations to inform, build trust, drive successful customer relationships, and ultimately close business.
- Attend seminars, trade shows, and other events to pitch hirify.global and meet existing and prospective clients.
- Travel to both existing and prospective clients, fostering market share growth and effectively promoting and selling our tools.
- Learn, develop, and evangelize new ways for hirify.global to differentiate itself in the marketplace.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in Legal Tech
- Full proficiency in both German and English is required for this role
- Experience selling into regulated industries or legal departments in the EU
- Proactive "self-starter" capable of working independently to open new territories
- Enterprise search or agentic AI experience is an asset
