TL;DR

Enterprise Account Director (AI): Identifying and engaging potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline and ensure customer satisfaction. Focus on sales presentations, attending seminars, and traveling to clients to promote and sell AI tools within the EU/DACH region.

Location: Based in our Zurich headquarters, Switzerland.

What you will do

  • Identify and engage potential clients, strategically qualifying leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with clients, uncovering growth opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute sales presentations to inform, build trust, drive successful customer relationships, and ultimately close business.
  • Attend seminars, trade shows, and other events to pitch hirify.global and meet existing and prospective clients.
  • Travel to both existing and prospective clients, fostering market share growth and effectively promoting and selling our tools.
  • Learn, develop, and evangelize new ways for hirify.global to differentiate itself in the marketplace.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in Legal Tech
  • Full proficiency in both German and English is required for this role
  • Experience selling into regulated industries or legal departments in the EU
  • Proactive "self-starter" capable of working independently to open new territories
  • Enterprise search or agentic AI experience is an asset
