What you will do
- Grow the existing install base by leveraging the complete hirify.global product portfolio and building long-term partnerships.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities and a team of resources within assigned accounts to expand sales revenues.
- Build and execute strategic enterprise account plans, managing internal and external resources to achieve goals.
- Nurture partner relationships, provide product expertise, and improve communication, collaboration, and accountability within opportunities.
- Deliver hirify.global strategy, vision, and messaging to partner sales and technical teams as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- History of field technology sales with a focus on account growth, business development, and enterprise account planning.
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business.
- Strong understanding of the channel sales landscape in a distributed environment.
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
