What you will do

  • Grow the existing install base by leveraging the complete hirify.global product portfolio and building long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities and a team of resources within assigned accounts to expand sales revenues.
  • Build and execute strategic enterprise account plans, managing internal and external resources to achieve goals.
  • Nurture partner relationships, provide product expertise, and improve communication, collaboration, and accountability within opportunities.
  • Deliver hirify.global strategy, vision, and messaging to partner sales and technical teams as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, customer service, and negotiation skills.
  • History of field technology sales with a focus on account growth, business development, and enterprise account planning.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business.
  • Strong understanding of the channel sales landscape in a distributed environment.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
