Location: Remote (USA). Dallas area is preferred. Travel up to 50% is also expected.
Salary: $257,400.00 – $386,200.00 On-Target Earnings

What you will do
- Lead a territory of strategic accounts, driving growth and expanding executive relationships.
- Build alignment with clients around hirify.global’s modern cloud and AI vision for financial services organizations.
- Develop, set, and execute account strategies to drive overall territory growth and deepen client engagement.
- Serve as the “face of hirify.global” to the customer and the “voice of the customer” within hirify.global.
- Lead account planning, pipeline development, sales process management, and revenue generation for assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision makers and key influencers within client organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of growing revenue within existing accounts and expanding into new lines of business.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing senior executive relationships (Sr. Director, VP, and C-level) in the financial services industry.
- Strong awareness of AI, data, and analytics trends.
- Experience positioning and selling complex analytic or technology solutions.
