What you will do

• Develop and execute services-led sales strategies across various organizations.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders to understand business challenges.
• Outline the value of hirify.global Professional Services early in the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to provide cohesive solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Compose Statements of Work (SOW) and approve sales quotes with Professional Services offerings.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services or software services sales in a pre-sales role.
• Technical background in networking or security is highly desirable.
• Customer-facing experience with focus on stakeholder management.
• Ability to build strong relationships and act in a consultative role.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting PS value and offerings.
• Self-sufficient in driving customers and internal resources through challenges.
