Location: Remote from specific U.S. states (CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL outside Chicago city limits, KS, MA, MD, ME, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA & WA). Preference for DFW market or willing to relocate unassisted to DFW. Travel up to 30%.
Salary: $140,000–$200,000 OTE per year

What you will do
- Own the full pre-sales technical experience for enterprise accounts, guiding through evaluation, demos, and architecture.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to drive growth and align technical value to business goals.
- Partner with onboarding and Customer Success teams to accelerate time-to-value and ensure long-term adoption.
- Serve as a strategic voice between Sales and Product, surfacing feedback and influencing roadmap direction.
- Build and maintain reusable technical assets including lab environments, demo flows, and battlecards.
- Represent hirify.global at enterprise-facing industry events and help shape the future of the Enterprise SE function.
Requirements
- 10+ years in a pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting role supporting enterprise B2B SaaS customers.
- Proficiency in Windows, Linux/macOS systems, and strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, VPNs, firewalls, endpoint protections).
- Hands-on experience with RMM tools, ITSM platforms, and endpoint lifecycle management.
- Scripting experience in PowerShell, JavaScript, and/or VBScript is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Highspot, or equivalent systems is required.
- Strong communicator with executive presence, able to tailor messaging for various stakeholders.
- Must reside in one of the specified U.S. states or be willing to self-relocate to the DFW market.
