Salary: $190,000 – $230,000 a year

What you will do

  • Own regional pre-sales strategy and execution across North America.
  • Build, develop, and retain a high-performing Solutions Consulting team.
  • Drive deal quality, win rates, and clear customer value articulation.
  • Manage and scale Solutions Consulting Managers and Senior Solution Consultants.
  • Oversee complex enterprise deal cycles, executive demos, and strategic proof-of-concepts.
  • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Enablement to influence roadmaps and refine messaging.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting / Pre-Sales, including senior leadership roles.
  • Proven success leading large, distributed teams in North America.
  • Strong background in enterprise SaaS; experience in analytics, CX, or adjacent domains preferred.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
