Location: Remote, based in the Washington, D.C. area.

Salary: $110,000–$182,000

What you will do

  • Help customers understand hirify.global's value during the sales process.
  • Demo the product and answer customer questions in initial sales calls.
  • Support customers during proof of concept sessions.
  • Document interesting use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
  • Travel up to 25%.
  • Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to time zone differences.

Requirements

  • Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security.
  • Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support roles.
  • Experience working in or supporting the Public Sector.
  • Proficiency with Linux operating system.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript and Regex.
  • Top Secret/Secure Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Full Scope/Lifestyle Polygraph.
  • Must live in the Washington, D.C. area.
