TL;DR
Digital Product Manager Apprentice (Fintech): Designing and delivering digital banking tools for millions of users with an accent on user-centric design, data analysis, and product planning. Focus on shaping real products from day one, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, and engaging with users, stakeholders, and engineers.
Location: Hybrid Working (Edinburgh, UK). Apprentices are expected to be in the office most days during the initial settling-in period. Candidates must possess a valid Right to Work in the UK, with a visa end date beyond the two-year apprenticeship duration. Relocation closer to the Edinburgh office is strongly recommended if the commute exceeds 1.5 hours.
Salary: £26,200–£26,250

Requirements
- Age: At least 18 years old by the end of February 2027.
- Qualifications: National 5s in Maths and English (achieved) and 4 Highers at grades CCCC (can be predicted, conditional offer).
- Work authorization: Valid Right to Work in the UK, with visa end date beyond the apprenticeship duration.
- Location: Must be based in Edinburgh and work from the Edinburgh office throughout the programme.
