What you will do
- Lead and govern large-scale digital programmes across multiple workstreams (product, technology, operations, vendors).
- Own programme planning, milestones, dependencies, budget, risks and delivery governance.
- Coordinate multiple delivery teams (product, engineering, architecture, UX, QA, vendors).
- Drive delivery of digital insurance brokerage and servicing platforms (customer and broker portals).
- Manage senior stakeholders across business, IT, architecture and operations.
- Establish programme-level KPIs, reporting and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in Programme or Senior Project Management roles for 5+ years.
- Proven experience delivering digital customer experience platforms within insurance brokerage or insurance servicing.
- Strong knowledge of P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance products and processes.
- Experience managing complex, multi-vendor and multi-team programmes.
- Solid understanding of Agile/hybrid delivery models at scale.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication.
Nice to have
- Experience working with insurance policy administration systems (e.g. OneShield or similar).
- Background in insurance technology transformation programmes.
- Experience in regulated environments and financial services.
