What you will do

• Manage multiple projects, deliverables, and interdependencies involving internal and external teams simultaneously.
• Track project deliverables and schedules, with a strong focus on progress measurement, analysis, and reporting.
• Plan and coordinate small to mid-sized projects through discovery, design, development, deployment, and operations phases.
• Drive transitional components from acquisition integrations by closing out pending requirements for smoother operations.
• Manage vendor communication and follow up on vendor tasks to ensure effective project delivery.
• Drive operational alignment and improvement initiatives for recently acquired companies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience with demonstrated results.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Clear understanding and working knowledge of software implementations.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, decision-making, research, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and quickly adapt to changing needs/environments.
• Exhibit excellent business systems support and be a strong team contributor.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• System implementation and system integration experience.
