What you will do
- Own partner relationships and act as the primary point of contact to drive retention, satisfaction, and growth.
- Enable and activate existing partners and clients through onboarding, implementation, contracts, and upsell activities.
- Design and deliver partner training and enablement programs for hirify.global’s solutions.
- Capture and relay product feedback from partners and clients to Product teams, helping prioritize improvements.
- Foster a thriving partner ecosystem by building engagement programs and driving collaboration.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- 2+ years in partner management, account management, or customer success in SaaS or Cloud solutions.
- Excel at relationship building and cross-cultural communication.
- Ability to solve problems quickly, from technical issues to contract queries.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, international start-up environment.

- Italian and/or Portuguese language skills.
- HubSpot expertise.
- Project Management skills.
