What you will do
- Build and manage long-term relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with partners.
- Facilitate onboarding and collaborate on integration of partner systems.
- Lead contract renewals and renegotiations to improve partnership terms and economic conditions.
- Perform detailed analyses to demonstrate hirify.global's value proposition and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, Customer Success) to ensure strategic objectives support partner success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or related areas.
- Proven track record in managing strategic accounts.
- Fluency in English & Spanish is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and GSuite.
- Understanding of commercial negotiations and pricing strategies.
Nice to have
- Experience in the fitness/wellness industry.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, and Metabase.
