What you will do

  • Define and execute the commercial growth strategy for the public sector in Spain.
  • Identify, develop, and close large AI contracts with public administrations and public institutions.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of strategic accounts and long-term opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with ministries, regional governments, CIOs, CTOs, and executive leadership.
  • Lead complex public procurement processes, including public tenders, framework agreements, and direct negotiations.
  • Commercially position Multiverse’s AI offerings and translate institutional needs into concrete AI solutions.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in strategic sales, business development, or account management within the public sector.
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex commercial contracts with public administrations.
  • Strong understanding of public procurement and contracting processes in Spain.
  • Experience selling complex technology or infrastructure-backed solutions.
  • Comfortable operating at executive and political decision-making levels.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in large technology providers, systems integrators, or consulting firms serving the public sector.
  • Existing senior-level institutional network within Spanish public administrations is a strong advantage.
