What you will do
- Define and execute the commercial growth strategy for the public sector in Spain.
- Identify, develop, and close large AI contracts with public administrations and public institutions.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of strategic accounts and long-term opportunities.
- Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with ministries, regional governments, CIOs, CTOs, and executive leadership.
- Lead complex public procurement processes, including public tenders, framework agreements, and direct negotiations.
- Commercially position Multiverse’s AI offerings and translate institutional needs into concrete AI solutions.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in strategic sales, business development, or account management within the public sector.
- Proven track record of closing large, complex commercial contracts with public administrations.
- Strong understanding of public procurement and contracting processes in Spain.
- Experience selling complex technology or infrastructure-backed solutions.
- Comfortable operating at executive and political decision-making levels.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
Nice to have
- Experience in large technology providers, systems integrators, or consulting firms serving the public sector.
- Existing senior-level institutional network within Spanish public administrations is a strong advantage.
