What you will do
- Own end-to-end customer onboarding, leading kick-off and implementation sessions.
- Advise customers on outbound strategy, ICP definition, and campaign structure to generate pipeline.
- Monitor early usage, identify adoption risks, and unblock customers to achieve first meaningful results.
- Build and improve documentation, guides, and training materials for scalable onboarding programs.
- Act as a customer feedback loop, working with Product, Sales, and CS to improve the platform and experience.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of end-to-end B2B outbound sales processes.
- Ability to optimize for speed to first value and move customers from setup to execution quickly.
- Confidence in leading video calls, guiding decisions, and pushing customers to action.
- Quickly identify adoption/execution risks and focus on progress-unlocking actions.
- Startup mindset: ownership, curiosity, and fast learning.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (C1).
- Based in Barcelona and available to work from the office 5 days/week.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, startups, or fast-growing environments.
- Familiarity with key SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, Churn).
- Additional languages (Italian or German).
