What you will do

• Analyze footprint and internal business data, turning raw information into clear, actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI that provide reliable, up-to-date KPI views.
• Design and optimize data models in collaboration with Data Engineers.
• Support and refine KPI framework and semantic layer by documenting definitions and monitoring data quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments and management, translating reporting needs into analytical solutions.
• Actively foster a data-centric culture by creating self-service analytics and providing trainings and documentation to users.

Requirements

• You have 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Science ideally in a startup/scale-up context.
• You are proficient in Power BI or similar BI tools and SQL.
• Familiarity with dbt, Python and Jira is a plus.
• You understand complex business processes and can translate requirements into technical solutions.
• You are motivated by sustainability and want to use data and analytics to drive measurable climate impact for businesses and their customers.
• You have a very good command of English.
