TL;DR

Junior TechOps Engineer: Supporting end-users by resolving day-to-day issues and managing requests, with an accent on identity management, device attestation, and office network support. Focus on providing front-line support, maintaining secure company devices, and assisting with asset lifecycle management.

Location: Hybrid or fully remote options available within Denmark. Occasional in-person support in the Copenhagen office is required. Candidates must have a valid right to work in Denmark, as visa sponsorship is not offered.

Salary: DKK 433,410–459,464 per annum

What you will do

  • Provide 1st/2nd line front-line support to internal users, resolving day-to-day issues and managing requests through a ticketing system.
  • Support user identity management, including day-to-day onboarding and offboarding processes using Okta.
  • Assist with device attestation and management activities, ensuring company devices remain secure and compliant (e.g., app updates, device management tasks).
  • Support and maintain hirify.global’s office technology globally, including networks, meeting rooms, and A/V tools.
  • Help with tracking and management of physical and digital assets throughout their lifecycle, including recording and maintaining asset information.

Requirements

  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn about how systems work and to build technical skills.
  • Comfort engaging with technical topics and asking questions when something is unclear.
  • Ability to work in evolving and sometimes ambiguous environments, with support from the team.
  • Interest in learning and applying TechOps operating principles like transparency, automation-first mindset, and first principles thinking.
  • Valid right to work in the hiring location, as visa sponsorship is not offered.
  • Ability to provide in-person support in the Copenhagen office for specific tasks.

Nice to have

  • Experience with a similar software stack (Kandji, Intune, Okta, Google Workspace, Juniper Mist).
  • A good understanding of what you want to learn next and why.
