TL;DR

What you will do

  • Execute technical configuration, patching, and security policy enforcement for company devices using Workspace ONE.
  • Administer productivity suites like Google Workspace, Slack, Lucid, and GitHub.
  • Implement and audit security policies across hybrid environments.
  • Identify manual support patterns and implement automation or self-service solutions.
  • Serve as an escalation point for the Service Desk, providing deep technical troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with Product and Business teams to integrate new digital tools.
  • Leverage AI and automation to improve internal productivity and quality of service.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in SaaS administration (Google Workspace/Slack) and MDM (Workspace ONE preferred).
  • Proficiency in configuring and securing macOS and Windows.
  • Ability to align daily technical tasks with digital transformation vision.
  • Experience working with KPIs and SLAs for high-quality service delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage tools across on-premises and cloud infrastructures.
  • English language proficiency (B2).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Applied AI Tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT).
  • Curiosity to explore and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for debugging and streamlining development.
  • Adaptability to new AI features and capabilities.
  • Experience or interest in collaborating with AI tools as "pair programmers".
