IT Operations Specialist

Location: Tallinn, Estonia (hybrid model with at least 12 monthly in-office days)

What you will do

• Manage and secure the MacOS fleet using MDM tools, ensuring proper onboarding, configuration, and compliance.
• Oversee hardware lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, inventory, and troubleshooting.
• Implement and monitor IT security controls in collaboration with IAM and InfoSec teams.
• Install, maintain, and support Zoom Rooms and AV systems for meetings and large events.
• Develop automation scripts and manage software updates to improve efficiency and system reliability.
• Provide responsive technical support and maintain internal documentation and knowledge bases.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Kandji, or similar) and MacOS device management.
• Proven experience supporting end users in a corporate IT environment.
• Understanding of IT security fundamentals, including encryption, access control, and compliance.
• Proficiency in basic scripting for automation (Bash preferred; Python a plus).
• Experience managing hardware lifecycles, vendor relationships, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Zoom Rooms and AV systems management.
