TL;DR

Enterprise Product Marketing Manager: Designing and executing go-to-market strategies and messaging for industry verticals within the Enterprise segment with an accent on translating platform capabilities into enterprise-ready solutions and value propositions. Focus on driving Enterprise sales readiness, shaping monetization strategies, and influencing deal outcomes through bespoke narratives and competitive positioning.

Location: U.S.-based. Primary locations are New York, NY (HQ) and San Francisco, CA, with relocation support available to NYC or SF as needed.

Salary: $141,920–$195,140

What you will do

  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for Enterprise industry verticals and buyer personas.
  • Translate hirify.global’s platform capabilities across card, expense, AP, and travel into Enterprise-ready solutions, use cases, and value propositions.
  • Develop Enterprise proof points through customer stories, case studies, and ROI models.
  • Drive Enterprise sales readiness via scalable enablement, including messaging frameworks and talk tracks.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Enterprise Sales during high-stakes negotiations, developing bespoke narratives and competitive positioning.
  • Partner with ABM Marketers on integrated campaigns to build awareness, generate pipeline, and influence opportunities.
  • Shape monetization strategies, including pricing, packaging, and SKU development.
  • Provide input on and help prioritize feature development with Product teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in product marketing.
  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, writing, and live enablement skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in using AI to drive marketing outcomes, including content creation and market research synthesis.
  • Strong analytical and systems mindset with comfort in instrumentation, measurement, and iteration of programs.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams (product, engineering, design, GTM).
  • Ambitious and thrives in a dynamic environment, managing multiple complex, interdependent projects with minimal guidance.

Nice to have

  • Experience across both B2B and B2C product marketing, ideally in finance or fintech.
