What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers across multiple squads.
• Set product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
• Own the group roadmap, balancing quick wins with long-term initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and GTM teams.
• Define and track key performance metrics and establish product rituals.
• Present strategy and results to executives and contribute as an individual contributor.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management, with 5+ years managing a team of Product Managers.
• Proven experience in building and scaling B2B SaaS products in high-growth environments.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ownership of business metrics and results.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, a fast pace, and high expectations.

• Experience in leading AI-driven products.
• Background in developer platforms or productivity tools.
