Salary: $161,000.00 - $242,000.00 total target cash plus equity.

What you will do

• Operationalize product rollouts in partnership with Product, Product Marketing, and Support teams.
• Systematically surface and synthesize customer insights to influence product decisions.
• Implement process improvements with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to increase velocity.
• Create and maintain cohesive documentation as a "source of truth" for the organization.
• Act as a strategic partner to Product Managers to drive product roadmaps forward.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations (product operations, business operations, etc.) at a fast-growing tech company or in consulting.
• Highly organized multitasker excelling in fast-paced cross-functional environments.
• Experience working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Ability to communicate complex topics to technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
• Must be located in the Bay Area.
