Account Executive (Enterprise Software): Drive strategic growth for hirify.global by managing a portfolio of key accounts within a specified territory or industry with an accent on identifying new business opportunities, deepening customer relationships, and aligning hirify.global’s comprehensive value proposition with customer objectives. Focus on applying consultative-selling techniques, proactively identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring CRM hygiene for accurate sales forecasting and performance tracking.

Location: Remote within EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa)

What you will do

  • Establish and enhance strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CXO-level executives.
  • Apply consultative-selling techniques to understand client goals and align hirify.global's offerings.
  • Proactively identify and capitalise on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, managing the sales process from initial contact to closing complex deals.
  • Partner with the hirify.global ecosystem of partners to enhance solution offerings and extend business opportunities.
  • Collaborate on Account Plans with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and account management with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software industry, including Linux Infrastructure, Hybrid Cloud, Container Management, Edge, AI, and Security.
  • English: C1+ equivalent required for excellent verbal and written communication with senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to understand market trends and apply insights to sales strategies.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari) to manage pipelines and forecast sales.
  • Ability to apply enterprise sales methodologies, particularly MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar frameworks.

Nice to have

  • Industry certifications in sales or IT.
  • Understanding of Open Source and transformation topics like cloud-native application development and cloud migration.
