TL;DR

Location: Remote (Dallas, TX). Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without requiring new or initial employer-sponsored work authorization.

Salary: $116,380.50—$155,000 USD

What you will do

  • Build relationships with IT personnel and key stakeholders to uncover business challenges and objectives.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach to deliver tailored, value-driven IT performance monitoring and SaaS enterprise solutions.
  • Identify and close opportunities across both short and complex sales cycles.
  • Secure new business while expanding existing accounts.
  • Effectively allocate resources and align internal teams to support sales efforts and customer success.
  • Keep detailed records in Salesforce, tracking customer interactions, use cases, timelines, success criteria, red flags, and potential risks.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass pipeline and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B technology sales.
  • Proven ability to exceed $1M+ ARR sales quotas in SaaS or equivalent for non-SaaS.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify and articulate complex technologies.
  • Strong executive relationship-building, with experience engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in both net new customer acquisition and existing account expansion.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without requiring new or initial employer-sponsored work authorization.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving.
