What you will do
- Convert inbound leads into impactful partnerships for fitness and wellness businesses.
- Qualify new prospects and manage them through a fast-paced, full-cycle sales process.
- Achieve and exceed daily KPIs and monthly sales targets with consistency.
- Utilize email, phone, CRM tools, and social platforms to maintain an active pipeline.
- Customize pitches and proposals to highlight ClassPass’ value.
- Share feedback, wins, and learnings to refine team strategy.
Requirements
- Proven success managing the full sales cycle from lead to close in a high-volume environment.
- Confident communication skills for connecting with people and building trust quickly.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize competing tasks effectively.
- Fluent in persuasive storytelling across various channels (calls, emails, decks).
- Self-motivated and results-driven, consistently aiming to exceed goals.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Salesloft.
- English: B2 required.
- Work authorization for the United States is likely required.
