TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in South Jordan, UT (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays in-office)

What you will do

  • Close new business successfully through product demonstrations.
  • Master the hirify.global software and portray knowledge to prospective clients.
  • Proactively keep up to date with industry trends and technology landscape.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Align solutions with the prospect’s business objectives and needs.
  • Successfully manage and overcome objections.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales or related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
  • Experience working with clients and the ability to close deals.
  • Ability to demo products to clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experienced and organized working with a sales tech stack.

Nice to have

  • Experience in tax and accounting.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com.

Hiring process

  • Application review to determine mutual fit.
  • 20-minute phone call with the People Team.
  • 45-60 minute video or in-person interview with the Hiring Manager.
