TL;DR

SMB Account Executive (SaaS): Responsible for closing new business through software demonstrations and managing client relationships with an accent on achieving monthly quotas and aligning solutions with business objectives. Focus on mastering the hirify.global software, proactively staying updated with industry trends, and overcoming objections to drive sales.

Location: Hybrid in South Jordan, UT (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays in-office)

What you will do

  • Successfully close new business through product demonstrations.
  • Master hirify.global software and effectively convey knowledge to prospective clients.
  • Proactively stay updated with industry and technology trends.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Align software solutions with prospective clients' business objectives and needs.
  • Manage and overcome sales objections.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales or related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
  • Experience working with clients and ability to close deals.
  • Ability to demonstrate products to clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience and organization with a sales tech stack.
  • Work authorization for the US is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in tax and accounting.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com.

Hiring process

  • 45-60 minute video or in-person interview with the Hiring Manager.
