Location: For this role you must be in our Office in Berlin, we can offer you full relocation with visa support.

Salary: €52K – €65K

What you will do

• Drive user activation and retention through smart formats and recurring events.
• Manage and adapt Freecash's voice across diverse platforms like Reddit, X, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Create engaging conversations and events, including discussion starters, tips, AMAs, and challenges.
• Build a positive community culture by handling negativity and fostering trust.
• Act as a bridge between users and the product team, streamlining feedback for improvements.
• Measure engagement, retention, and activity metrics to inform strategy and experimentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing online communities across platforms (Reddit, Discord, X, etc.), with strong knowledge of moderation best practices.
• Experience in gaming or digital products with highly interactive user bases.
• Ability to create engaging content, spark discussions, and respond with a professional yet personable tone.
• Skilled at managing disputes and addressing negative feedback with empathy.
• Ability to work 5 days a week on-site in Berlin.
